We are here to help you COMMIT to being a new you!! It's about changing your mindset, adjusting your lifestyle and becoming the best version of yourself. Whether you want to run or walk your first 5K or improve your 5K finish time, this training program is for you.
This training program is a 10 week session where you will get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group once a week. Your coach, mentors, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier and faster lifestyle.
This program will consist of three sections.
Informational Meeting: March 22, 2018 at 7pm, Fleet Feet Sports Montgomery
Training Begins: April 4, 2018
Goal Race: The BIG RUN 5k
When are the Group Training Sessions? Wednesday Evenings @ 6:00pm
