This is not a "couch to 5K" program you find in the App Store. No Boundaries is an award winning Coaching and Training Program that is designed to motivate, educate, and inspire those to do something they previously thought was impossible - complete a 5K. We do that through our incredible Coaches and Mentors who have also been participants and know what it takes to be successful.
Yes, you will finish a 5K but we know the true accomplishment of No Boundaries is the commitment you will make to yourself - to live a healthier and more fit lifestyle. And that is something that will reward you for a life time!
No Boundaries is a 5K Training Program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to walking or running. It's a 10-12 week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. Your head coach, mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby.
No Boundaries is a year-round program that we offer at Fleet Feet Sports Montgomery and you can participate in one session or several sessions! We have many participants who come back for sessions, or "graduate" on to some of our other program offerings!

When are the Group Training Sessions? Tuesday Nights @ 6:00pm and Saturday Mornings @ 7:00am

How much does this program cost? $100 per participant (includes race entry fee).
As part of the No Boundaries training program, participants will receive the following:
A 10-12 week training program and calendar with workouts provided to you
Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach
2 Group training sessions during the week with optional Thursday Group Run
No Boundaries technical tee
Information clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition
Accountability for your participation from your Coach
The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
